Subject: [PATCH] feat: prevent jailbreaking on 16.4+ to avoid bootloops (#378)

Booting an iOS 16.3.1 or below ramdisk on 16.4 will cause a bootloop.

palera1n.sh is no longer maintained, but I'm making this final update
to prevent users from fucking up their devices.
