Subject: [PATCH] Make palera1n.sh not directory dependant (#308)

* Make $dir not working directory dependent

* Change all occurrences of $(pwd) and change git

$(pwd) -> $(dirname "$0")
git -> git -C $(dirname "$0")

* Update palera1n.sh
