alexia 4c7ee6c585 feat: prevent jailbreaking on 16.4+ to avoid bootloops (#378) 
Booting an iOS 16.3.1 or below ramdisk on 16.4 will cause a bootloop.

palera1n.sh is no longer maintained, but I'm making this final update
to prevent users from fucking up their devices.

alexia 28c6fb02d8 Fix dfuhelper slowness (mainly on macOS) (#351) 
system_profiler takes ~0.2s on my MacBook Air M1 and it was being called
twice per second. I made it so it's only called once per second and also
put the whole check on a background thread to ensure the countdown
doesn't get slowed down.

the device may be already in DFU, so don't wait around in that case.

now people can use `--ipsw URL` or `--ipsw=URL` instead.

alexia 797192191a Hide non-error messages from iproxy (#346)
