Features

• Added the Tier list tool
• Migrated the bot to use BlitzKit 1.26.0
• The hamburger menu has been move to the right of the screen
• The Gallery tool now has a larger number of loading skeletons
• Added some extra details when pasting Tankopedia links in Discord

Fixes

• Rewrote the rating leaderboard archiver and commands making use of protobufs
• The navbar is once again sticky to the top of the page
• Added missing page titles to the Compare tool, Tankopedia pages, and the various docs

Technical Changes

• Commands that accept a player account input now use just the player id instead of including the region
