Unlocking future potential

Technical Changes

  • Moved the word "Ratings" to the front of the workflow name
  • Renamed blitzkrieg-db to blitzkrieg-assets
  • Moved the region folders from the root to regions

Technical Fixes

  • The ratings leaderboard archiver now correctly skips undefined players
