* Make $dir not working directory dependent

* Change all occurrences of $(pwd) and change git

$(pwd) -> $(dirname "$0")
git -> git -C $(dirname "$0")

alexia 712d66514d static linux binaries (#299) 
* static linux binaries

using real musl static binaries instead of staticx this time

removed PlistBuddy because it's not used in palera1n.sh
and ramdisk submodule has its own binaries

* remove unused img4tool binary

also only used in ramdisk which has its own copy
