alexia b4fd3f4ae5 dfuhelper: check if device is already in DFU mode (#348) 
If the user runs it manually, or in some cases while running the script,
the device may be already in DFU, so don't wait around in that case.

alexia 7e1c40b6cc Add --ipsw option (#347) 
* Add --ipsw option

No more need to manually edit the script to specify an IPSW URL,
now people can use `--ipsw URL` or `--ipsw=URL` instead.

* static linux binaries

using real musl static binaries instead of staticx this time

removed PlistBuddy because it's not used in palera1n.sh
and ramdisk submodule has its own binaries

* remove unused img4tool binary

also only used in ramdisk which has its own copy
